So last week was the first week for Top Gear Australia. I’m quite a big fan of the uk series so I was excited when I heard there was an Australian version coming out.
The Australian version is very much the same as the uk version as you would expect. Same set, same stig, some kind of things to talk about.. But one thing I found quite amusing…

So today is the last day of Holidays, which means even less posts for awhile. Although, my parents have said that I have to cook dinner once a week so hopefully I can do some cooking posts 
But for now, all I need is to sleep. Goodnight.
So today my new gladiator sandals arrived. Yes yes, I know, everyone is going to have them in two seconds but I found these ones that I’m just hoping that other people wont have. =]
I will be wearing them this weekend =]
Well, since it is my first post of spring I will inform you that it warming up quite abit. No need to wear lots of layers of chunky jackets and 50 pairs of tights, 30 pairs of socks and boots.

These boots are awesome, they can fold any way you want them to. Its pretty much a heap of shoes in just one pair. Unfortunatly they have some dirt and stuff on them since my sister wore them to her after deb party but they are still good. We bought them a couple of years ago and this is about the second time I’ve worn them. The heal on them is perfect on them!
Makes 4
Ingredients
425g can apple pie fruit
2 tablespoons sultanas
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons caster sugar
4 sheets filo pastry
low-fat ice-cream, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place apple, sultanas, spices and half the sugar into a bowl. Mix to combine.
Lay 1 sheet of filo onto a clean work surface. Cover remaining filo with a damp tea towel. Lightly spray filo with oil. Fold in half (short side to short side). Spray again with oil. Place 2 heaped tablespoons of apple mixture along 1 long end.
Roll up to enclose apple filling. Cut 3 slits into top of pastry. Spray with oil. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of remaining sugar. Repeat with remaining pastry, apple mixture and sugar.
Place onto prepared baking tray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with ice-cream.
Notes & tips
Variation: You could use other canned fruit to make these strudel rolls – try drained canned apricots or plums.

In the first few episodes of Ugly Betty she wore some seriously ugly outfits. But lately she has been wearing some quite wearable outfit, things that possibley I would wear. For instance this outfit in the picture above, I absolutly adore it. The colour clash so perfectly. At the end of pretty much every episode they say you can check out all this stuff at yahoo.com.au. One of them was “Find out where Amanda gets her clothes from.” I personally would rather find out where Betty gets hers from.
